By submitting this form, you are agreeing to the terms stipulated in this agreement. Principally, you are agreeing that should you be accepted for membership by MusicPlacements.com, you will:

  • You, the producer, are 18 years old and have full ownership and rights to the tracks up are submitting.
  • You, the producer, will retain full ownership to your master recording.
  • You, the producer, retain any and all rights to Recording Contract advance money (this does not include publishing contract advances).
  • MusicPlacements.com (parent company Kinetic Holdings, LLC) retains 25% ownership to the worldwide publishing rights only if your application is accepted and if your track is placed within 12 months. After this term the contract is void.
  • Please note: Membership is not guaranteed and MusicPlacements.com does not guarantee successful music placement. We do guarantee at least 5 major A&R representatives will review your track but cannot make claims or guarantees that they will be interested in those tracks.
