What is a Music Placement?

Date posted on May 05 2008

The best way to a lucrative publishing deal contract is to have a few music placements under your belt first.  When publishing houses see that you have several commercial releases, they get comfortable that you are a money making commodity.  If they feel they have a producer that will generate royalties for them that is when they pay the big bucks for a publishing deal.  This is where MusicPlacements.com comes in... we help you get those placements.  Most people don't have access to easily obtain a music placement on a commercial album.  MusicPlacements.com does.

If your tracks are hot and marketable to the major labels, we can put your music in front of the decision makers at these labels.  The more tracks you have, the higher the odds that you can land a music placement.  We take care of all the leg work in shopping your beats around.  We walk your beats right into our contacts at some of the hottest major labels out there.  We actually sit with the A&R as they review your beat.  If you have some fire, they will want to use it on one of the many projects they are working on at that time.  You negotiate directly with the labels, musicplacements.com simply gets a track listing fee ($30 per track) and 25% of publishing royalties.

They are your masters, its your name on the credits, and its you who decides your relationship with the labels and publishing companies.  We simply advise you on the process and make the introductions and make sure you get paid.

$30 can change your life.  We've had producers who submitted a few tracks and a couple weeks later were recording with 50 Cent and Jim Jones.

See if you have what it takes...  apply now:

The 38-year-old rapper issued a statement today (December 24) stating he will step down as president in 2008. I've been incredibly fortunate to have served as President.
